Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring a GA or compact RN license and at least 18 months of experience.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in a hospital Med/Surg unit
- 12-hour AM shifts are required
- Assignment is for a 7-week contract
- No on-call responsibilities
- Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility
- Holiday time off requests are restricted and only one holiday request is permitted
- Time off requests are limited to 5 days maximum unless they fall on or near a holiday, in which case the limit is 3 days
- Returning travelers or perm staff must meet specific separation time requirements to be eligible
- Candidates may only submit to one position at a time
- Locals within a 50-mile radius are not eligible for this position

- Active GA or compact RN license in hand
- Minimum of 18 months of Med/Surg RN experience
- Must not have been a permanent staff member at the facility or associated health system within the past 18 months
