Supporting multiple departments, this position involves handling sensitive and confidential information while efficiently managing communication channels such as traditional PBX, VoIP, and call center software. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Manage incoming calls using PBX, VoIP, and call center software systems
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings across departments
  • Maintain visitor logs and oversee visitor management protocols
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain record keeping
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently
  • Manage office supplies and ensure front desk organization
  • Provide communication support to various teams as needed

Preferred Qualifications
