We are currently seeking motivated, compassionate Occupational Therapists to join our expanding team. What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Help improve patients’ quality of life through functional, attainable goals
- Guide patients and families through safe transitions from inpatient care to home
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Supervise and direct support personnel when required
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Communicate effectively with physicians regarding changes in condition or care
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home health setting
- Must pass background check and drug screening
