Our organization is on the lookout for a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join the Primary Care team in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established outpatient practice that is experiencing high patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation!
The Primary Care facility, situated at 4 Congress Place in Saratoga Springs, is eager to welcome a new physician to its vibrant team. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, demonstrate outstanding clinical and communication abilities, and show a strong dedication to delivering top-notch healthcare to the communities we serve. Applicants must be Board Certified and hold a valid license to practice in New York.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Board Certification
- New York State licensure
- DEA registration required
- A genuine interest in providing primary care for patients of all ages
RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:
We provide a competitive base salary with opportunities for additional earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.
- Salary range: $250,000 - $260,000
- The stated salary represents the initial compensation range and does not include potential bonuses, quality-related incentives, extra shift payments, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
- Starting Bonus: $75,000
- Retention Bonus: $25,000
- Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on
