Job DescriptionSeeking a Water/Wastewater Foreman (Construction) for a direct hire, long term role with a well-established, construction company with 45+ years of experience delivering exceptional commercial and infrastructure projects throughout eastern Pennsylvania, specializing in municipal, industrial, and environmental construction -with a strong emphasis on water and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Pay Range: $32 - $40+/hr, based on Experience, plus performance-based project bonuses!
- Location: Fleetwood, PA
- Schedule: Flexible, could be 4/10s or M-F (First shift)

Responsibilities for Construction Foreman:
- Supervise, coordinate, and work alongside field crews on active water and wastewater construction projects
- Interpret plans, blueprints, and project specifications to ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently
- Schedule daily tasks, assign duties to crew members, and manage productivity on-site
- Monitor quality of work, ensure safety compliance, and address any issues as they arise
- Serve as the main point of contact between field staff and project management
- Assist with hands-on work - formwork, excavation, piping, equipment operation, etc.
- Coordinate deliveries, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines
- Document daily reports and ensure site cleanliness, safety, and readiness
Qualifications for Construction Foreman:
- 2+ years of experience as a Construction Foreman, specifically overseeing wastewater or water treatment projects highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead, schedule, and manage crews effectively on complex infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of water/wastewater processes, site layout, and utility installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test. A conviction does not necessarily prevent you from being hired.
