We are a locally owned and operated restaurant business seeking a hands‐on Local Marketing & Digital Growth Coordinator to drive sales, visibility, and guest engagement for our QDOBA restaurants in the Kansas City market.
This role focuses on local restaurant marketing, third‐party delivery optimization, online reputation management, and community‐level promotions that directly impact revenue. This is an execution‐heavy role ideal for someone who enjoys owning outcomes, testing ideas quickly, and working closely with restaurant operators.
Please note that this is a part-time hybrid position with the potential to expand to full-time in the future based on performance. Some elements of the role can be completed remotely on a flexible schedule but many local marketing initiatives require in-person attendance and a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Local Restaurant Marketing & Community Outreach

- Execute local promotions, catering outreach, and neighborhood marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate store‐level events, partnerships, and grassroots marketing efforts.
- Support catering growth through targeted outreach to nearby offices, schools, and organizations.
- Online Reputation & Reviews

- Monitor and respond to Google, Yelp, and delivery platform reviews.
- Implement strategies to increase review volume and average ratings.
- Identify recurring guest issues and share these insights with operations.
- Digital & Third Party Growth

- Manage social media accounts and associated content in accordance with QDOBA brand guidelines.
- Launch and manage platform‐specific promotions to drive order volume and improve conversion.
- Monitor performance metrics (orders, ratings, visibility) and adjust tactics regularly.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in restaurants, retail, or multi‐location businesses.
- Experience managing or supporting third‐party delivery platforms strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple initiatives at once.
- Reliable personal transportation and scheduling flexibility required for in-person local marketing events.
