Job Description
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to support a growing manufacturing environment by strengthening planning, procurement, inventory control, and supplier performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced operations, excels at building data-driven processes, and understands how to use modern ERP/MRP systems to streamline production flow. You’ll play a key part in maintaining material availability, optimizing cost, and ensuring a reliable supply chain from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full supply chain lifecycle, including planning, procurement, inventory control, and material flow to support production targets.
- Manage and optimize ERP/MRP processes to ensure accurate demand planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Maintain and update the Master Production Schedule to support customer demand, forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Build strong supplier relationships to improve cost, delivery performance, and overall quality.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to improve inventory turns, reduce excess stock, and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, with hands-on experience using Epicor or similar platforms.
- Proven background in forecasting, inventory control, procurement, and production planning.
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and modeling.
- Ability to interpret data and drive decisions that improve operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and supplier management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
