Schedule & Hours
- Shifts: 7p–7a
- Occasional weekend shifts (same hours)
- Call required only if down staffed or placed on call
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications (PALS held by core staff)
- Minimum of 1 year recent relevant experience in a healthcare setting (travel experience preferred)
- Experience with telemetric, surgical, and general medical patient care preferred
- Flexible, team-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, with rare pediatric coverage (not assigned to travelers)
- Manage patient loads with a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Operate advanced medical equipment (alaris pumps, SCD machines, feeding tubes, tele monitors)
- Efficiently document care using Cerner EHR
- Adapt to occasional float assignments for inpatient holds
