Role Summary: Seeking a seasoned Pharma Commercial Domain Delivery Expert to lead end-to-end solution delivery across Commercial Operations, Market Access, and Patient Services. The role bridges business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring compliance, patient-centric outcomes, and CRM capability-building (Veeva CRM).
Primary Skills Domain Knowledge:

<li>Commercial Operations: Sales Ops, Field Enablement, Analytics, CRM workflows</li>
<li>Market Access: Govt Pricing, Patient Access Programs, 340B, GPO, Specialty Distribution/Pharmacy</li>
<li>Patient CRM/Hub Services: Benefit Investigation, Copay, HIPAA, Prior Authorization, eRx/eFax integrations</li>
<li>Strong Agile/Scrum delivery, JIRA, Aha, Tableau, CMS tools</li>
</ul>
