JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a temporary executive assistant to support the Vice Chairman & Chief Business Officer during a maternity leave, covering the period from September through December 2025 Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the Executive’s inbox
- Turn emails into tasks, keep track of due dates and prioritizing urgency of responses
- Use Click-up Project Management Software to organize tasks
- Scheduling meetings in Outlook
- Coordinate business travel
- Run personal errands, as needed (dry cleaning, pharmacy, lunch etc)
- Scheduling of personal appointments as needed
- Monitor mail correspondence to the office and virtual mailboxes
- Keep office in stock of supplies and tidy– coffee, water, snacks, paper products etc
- Serve as point of contact for office building – work orders for any issues, parking validations, lobby security questions, vendor access request forms
