We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager to oversee daily operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for residents.
- Manage overall facility operations, adhering to healthcare standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care, including vital sign monitoring and outpatient services.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance to protect resident confidentiality.
- Oversee staff training and foster continuous improvement in patient services.
- Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and operational procedures.
- Address resident concerns promptly to maintain a supportive living environment.
Qualifications: Previous healthcare experience, strong medical knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent communication.
