Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounting department to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. Responsibilities include recording and verifying transactions, preparing financial reports, and completing tax forms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and knowledgeable about best practices in accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Enter financial data and transactions.
  • Verify the accuracy of entered transactions.
  • Prepare balance sheets and analyze budgets.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Complete the required tax forms.
  • Assist in bringing books to the trial balance stage.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper with e-commerce, cost of goods sold, and or similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ADP, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems.
    • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
    • Strong Organizational Skills
    • Cross-departmental collaboration skills are a must.
  • Language: Bilingual Required – Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Compensation

Salary Range: $68,640 - $85,000 per year
