Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Woodland, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Job Summary
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing daily production activities within a cleanroom environment. This role ensures that all manufacturing processes comply with company procedures, cGMP standards, and quality requirements to meet production schedules and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manufacturing operations in cleanroom environments (Class 100 & Class 1,000) using aseptic techniques
Follow cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and company procedures to ensure product quality and compliance
Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products
Complete and maintain accurate batch records and documentation (GDP standards)
Operate, monitor, clean, and perform basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Handle materials including sorting, labeling, packaging, palletizing, and inventory placement
Move materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, and electric dollies
Inspect products for defects such as damaged bottles, labeling issues, or packaging inconsistencies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and cleanroom areas
Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and leadership
Report any quality, safety, or compliance issues immediately
Assist in updating and improving SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Support training of team members as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production preferred
Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment preferred
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations preferred
Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Physical & Working Conditions:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally
Work in cleanroom and controlled environments
Exposure to industrial cleaning agents and chemicals (with PPE)
Use of protective equipment such as gloves, respirators, safety glasses, and freezer jackets
Regular use of material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
