In this role, you will deliver professional nursing care to patients within our medical practice, supporting and following the directives of physicians. You will assist in patient treatment and manage associated clinical documentation. Role Summary:
As a nursing professional, you will provide care to patients in our medical practice, assisting physicians in treatment and completing necessary clinical paperwork. You are expected to integrate our philosophy of compassion and respect for human dignity into your daily responsibilities. A caring, friendly, and professional approach is essential when interacting with patients, families, visitors, and staff. Additional tasks may be assigned as required. Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program. Familiarity with nursing principles, care procedures, examination techniques, and treatment protocols is essential. Understanding of medications, their effects, patient education, self-care program development, and safety practices is required.
- Licensure: A valid state nursing license is mandatory.
- Certifications: CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of starting employment.
- Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Proficiency in assisting with various medical treatments and procedures. Ability to remain calm and effective in emergencies. Must be capable of interpreting and applying guidelines and policies. Strong communication skills are necessary to build effective relationships with patients, staff, and the public. Basic computer skills are required, or the ability to learn these skills to access information and input clinical data. Equipment Used: Must be able to operate equipment relevant to the clinic's specialty.
