What Youll Be Doing:
- Be the first warm welcome that greets every guest and member
- Guide new visitors through the Orangetheory experience with energy and confidence
- Follow up with leads, encourage trial classes, and help grow our fitness community
- Drive sales by connecting purpose with performance
- Support coaches in delivering a premium in-studio experience
- Represent Orangetheory at events and in the local neighborhood
- Keep the studio clean, professional, and always inviting
