Job Overview
We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to support residential and light commercial service operations. This role is ideal for hands-on technicians who enjoy troubleshooting, working independently in the field, and providing high-quality service to customers.
This is a stable, year-round opportunity with consistent workload and strong earning potential, backed by an 18-month backlog of signed work.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
Identify system issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions
Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
Provide professional customer service on-site
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Maintain company vehicle and tools
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and/or commercial)
EPA 608 Universal Certification required
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Skills & Abilities
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple service calls and prioritize tasks
Effective communication and customer interaction skills
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Comfortable working in various residential and commercial environments
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Field-based role with local travel (no overnight travel required)
Company-provided take-home vehicle
Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
Exposure to varying weather conditions depending on job site
Stable, non-seasonal work with overtime opportunities available
