We are hiring for a Reverse Logistics Program Manager. As Pattern evolves, the demand for a robust returns and recovery program rapidly increases. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our recovery logistics, will own our non-new sales channels, and optimize our reverse logistics supply chain funnel end-to-end. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.What is a day in the life of a Reverse Logistics Program Manager?
- Establish, improve, and own process health across the entire reverse logistics supply chain, and enhance the team’s ability to deliver consistent outcomes for brands and customers
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, including routing optimization, managing internal WMS systems, tracking analytics to improve efficiencies, and coordinating return to vendor (RTV) processes and projects
- Serve as an analyst for Operations performance, utilizing strong analytical skills
- Build strong partnerships with multiple teams and external support partners to launch new recovery outlets
- Lead and participate in cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, finance, and operations to protect assets, optimize recovery, and advance waste-reduction initiatives
- Engage regularly with key stakeholders to manage recovery projects, address risks, and resolve operational issues
- Harden our reporting and procedure capabilities by identifying blind spots and implementing scalable solutions
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- 3-5 years of of applicable experience, Reverse Logistics experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree - Supply Chain Management, Finance, Mathematics a plus
- Ability to build processes from the ground up, being scrappy and self-sufficient where needed
- Accountability and a strong drive to proactively chase opportunities and improvements
- Elite communication skills and the ability to break down and explain complex issues to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data management skills, SQL a plus
- Ability to gather, analyze, and make conclusions from often fragmented data
- A high degree of self management and planning to set goals, create inventive KPIs, and the objectives to achieve them
- Comfort working cross-functionally across many departments and disciplines
- Continuous improvement, or quantifiable improvement results in throughput and recovery

What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?
- In the first 30 days, you'll familiarize yourself with our reverse logistics needs, data structures, and the needs of various stakeholders, including Finance, Warehouse Operations, and external partners.
- By day 60, you'll actively engage in addressing inquiries and troubleshooting, utilizing your knowledge to provide accurate answers
- Within the first 90 days, you'll start building the foundation for the role, contributing to streamlining processes and improving operational recovery
What is the team like?
- You will report to the Director of Reverse Logistics Supply Chain and work closely with the rest of the Reverse Logistics team, collaborating to provide solutions to operational challenges. You'll also interact with the Brand Management team, Finance team, Accounting team, Operations team, and Product Management team, leveraging their various expertise in data and processes.
- This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
