We are looking for a full time or part time Bilingual Developmental Specialist /Developmental Specialist to join our Early Intervention Program serving the Lowell area. Come grow with us!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Early Intervention (EI) services in the Greater Lowell area for children ages 0–3 with or at risk of developmental delays.
  • Participate in creating and implementing Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
  • Deliver home- and center-based services using parent coaching and developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and community service providers.

What you bring:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in child development, education, or related field (minimum 4 approved courses on infants/toddlers/families).
  • Bilingual in Portuguese and/or Haitian-Creole preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in pediatric or early childhood settings; experience with developmental delays preferred.
  • Knowledge of developmental milestones and disabilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and uphold agency mission.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance for travel.
  • Must pass criminal background and sex offender screening.
