- Hire, train, and supervise employees and contractors
- Assign jobs and manage performance expectations
- Build a reliable, scalable workforce
- Promote a strong service culture and accountability
Client Relations & Sales
- Handle key client accounts and contracts
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and service issues
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Maintain long-term client relationships
Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, pricing, and profit margins
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow
- Approve payroll, vendor payments, and business purchases
- Ensure financial stability and growth across all businesses
Marketing & Growth
- Develop marketing strategies (digital, local, referral-based)
- Manage online presence and brand reputation
- Expand services and enter new markets or business lines
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain business licenses, insurance, and contracts
- Manage risk and liability across operations
