Job Title: Curriculum Review Specialist
Location: Western Australia, WA(Remote)
Duration: 4+Months
Pay rate: $32-$35/hr on W2
Description:
We are seeking a Courseware Review Specialist to support annual curriculum review and update process. Each year, reviews and updates courseware to ensure content remains current and templates comply with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review and update assigned LLOC courseware
Verify accuracy and currency of course content and documentation
Ensure that My Learning data is correct for each assigned course.
Confirm all required instructional materials are present, including:
Lesson Plans
Written Assessments
Practical Assessments
Materials Lists
Signature Page
Instructor Presentation
Appropriate Global Trade Control (GTC), Information Protection (IP), and copyright markings
Navigate and update content in the Courseware Library as needed.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain consistency across courseware updates.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
Familiarity with the curriculum review process to minimize re-work and ensure efficiency
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
