The future is bright at Blenders, and that’s where you come in! We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to add to our team of smart, dedicated, and passionate people.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Operations the Sale Operations Manager provides daily support for the Operations department, and cross functional teams where necessary, to ensure proper flow of orders and inventory transactions, inventory transfers and general inventory integrity, as well as proper data transmissions across all systems (internal & external). This includes, but is not limited to, the general oversight of day-to-day operations of Blenders’ distribution partners (3PL’s & specialized services), Retail order forecasting and inventory replenishments, and ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner within proper service level agreements (SLA). The role offers essential support to ensure that Blenders Eyewear achieves world class inventory availability and inventory health, resulting in excellent customer experience.
Essential Functions + Responsibilities:
- Order flow management: The Sales Operations Manager works with the appropriate internal and external parties on providing solutions for any order flow disruptions, as well as actively working collaboratively in a cross functional capacity to continually optimize all orders processes.
- Inventory management: Provides daily support as needed to ensure inventory integrity is maintained across systems, auditing transactions, creating & executing transfer orders, and providing supporting information for any proposed adjustments to inventory. End of period duties also include regular reporting and reconciliation tasks related to balancing all system transactions against the physical movement of goods.
- Retail forecasting: Works directly with the Blenders Retail team to create weekly inventory replenishments, based on sales forecasting models. Creates, maintains, and executes eventual transfer orders for all items shipping from 3PL partners to each Blenders retail location.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Support: Support of the Operations team as needed to ensure that all new products are properly created and integrated across systems; review and analyze reporting for special projects and general troubleshooting tasks.
- Inventory Management: Tracks inbound shipments through freight forwarder to ensure they are complete, correct, and on time to Blenders Eyewear 3PL warehouses. Coordinates the receiving of goods with 3PL and resolves any discrepancies with the warehouse, freight forwarder and supplier. Updates and ensures inventory accuracy across all systems. Acts as liaison between Operations & Accounting teams to ensure all systems transfers (virtual & physical) are current and accurate, as Blenders continues to rapidly expand into new sales channels and geographical locations.

Work Requirements:
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience
- You are skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with inventory management
- Shopify Plus experience
- Experience with inventory and order management in ERP systems- NetSuite is ideal
- Working knowledge or 3PL distribution models
- Business Operations Experience is a plus!
- Normal working hours are Monday through Friday (8:30AM-4:30PM)
- This job is hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 office days per week in our San Diego HQ
