Requirements:

<li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience</li>
<li>Proven experience in both commercial and residential HVAC systems</li>
<li>EPA Universal Certification (required)</li>
<li>OSHA 30 Certification (required)</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting, repair, and installation skills</li>
<li>Ability to communicate professionally with customers</li>
<li>Fluent in English (spoken)</li>
<li>Ability to write basic service reports and invoices</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with customers regarding service findings and recommendations</li>
<li>Complete accurate service documentation and invoices</li>
<li>Follow all safety standards and company procedures</li>
