Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Proven experience as a Pharmacist with clinical and prescription expertise
- Active pharmacist license valid in Washington State
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and medication regulations
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
