Mortgage Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Tempe, AZ to hire on a contract to hire basis a Mortgage Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry, proficiency with MSP Mortgage software, and a proven ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to mortgage clients via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to mortgage servicing.
- Utilize MSP Mortgage software to access, update, and manage customer accounts.
- Research and resolve account discrepancies, payment issues, and servicing questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry (required)
- Proficiency with MSP Mortgage software (required)
- Experience speaking with customers over the phone (required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus
Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
