As General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, develop and inspire a high-performing team, and ensure our service, cuisine, and atmosphere consistently reflect the highest standards of fine dining.
What You’ll Do

Recruit, train, and mentor front- and back-of-house staff.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.

Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and fine dining service standards.
