Operations Engineer
Position Overview
The Operations Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of the operations within the organization. This role involves the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of production systems to ensure efficiency and reliability. The ideal candidate will work closely with software teams to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate operational requirements into system designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Implement best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC) to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in project management tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluency in Korean (required due to client communication needs)
- Proven experience in an operations engineer or project management role.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Client facing skills is a must.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
