Twin City Staffing is hiring a 1st shift painter for a manufacturing company in Ramsey, MN. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work, maintaining attention to detail, and contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.
Location: Ramsey, MN
Wage: Starting at $21 – $27/hr.
Hours: 1st shift: 5:15 am to 3:45 pm or 5:30 am to 4:00 pm

Duties of the painter:
- Paint products according to company standards
- Inspect parts for quality and consistency
- Perform daily start-up and shut-down procedures
- Clean paint booths and related equipment
- Operate paint booths and spray guns safely and efficiently
- Ensure all parts are clean, dry, and properly prepared before painting
- Insert plugs and apply masking as needed
- Restock plug bins and maintain an organized work area
Requirements of the painter:
- Ability to push and pull up to 25 lbs
- Need to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable and able to work scheduled hours consistently
