Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Superintendent
Location: Des Moines Metro, Iowa | Full-Time
UP TO $40/HR +BONUSES

Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate plumbing crews (415 members) from project start through completion
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, submittals, and coordinate with project managers and other trades
- Plan, layout, and oversee installation of complete plumbing and hydronic systems install.
- Perform and direct soldering, brazing, ProPress, no-hub cast iron, PVC/CPVC, and carbon/stainless steel mechanical piping
Requirements:
- Minimum 57 years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 3 years in a Foreman or leadership role
- Iowa Journeyman or Master Plumber license strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of commercial plumbing and hydronic systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a track record of successfully running crews and projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
