Account Manager (Transportation / Driver Manager) - Rosemount, MN
Aim Transportation Solutions is hiring a Transportation Account Manager / Driver Manager in Rosemount, MN. This role is ideal for someone with experience in transportation operations, driver management, dispatch, and logistics coordination.
- Salary: $65,000 per year
- Monday – Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
- Full Time- Logistics & Fleet Operations
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Assign routes and communicate daily assignments to drivers
- Ensure drivers and equipment remain compliant with DOT, OSHA, and company regulations
- Communicate network issues, route changes, and delivery updates
- Manage driver call-offs and vacation coverage
- Interview and help onboard new drivers
- Coordinate truck repair and maintenance needs
- Verify driver schedules and ensure route coverage
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and drivers

Requirements:
- 2-4 years’ experience in transportation management
- Class A CDL Preferred
- Great communication skills
- Customer oriented, open to learning, organized, positive, and a problem solver
