• Prepare accurate financial statements and maintain general ledgers to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in tax preparation and filing processes, ensuring adherence to regulations and deadlines.
• Process payroll efficiently and maintain accurate employee records.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and address their financial requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
• Support the development and implementation of efficient bookkeeping practices.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in public accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
• Experience in tax preparation, payroll processing, and bookkeeping.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
