Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Administrative Assistant to oversee housing programs that support individuals and families experiencing housing instability. This leadership role is responsible for program operations, stakeholder engagement, and continuous program improvement. Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for housing programs, ensuring services are delivered effectively and in alignment with organizational goals and funding requirements. Supervise, mentor, and support program managers and staff, fostering detail oriented development and accountability. Develop, implement, and maintain program policies, procedures, and operational best practices. Monitor program performance, outcomes, and service delivery to ensure quality standards are met. Oversee program budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation in partnership with organizational leadership. Review program data, reports, and key performance metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and program updates for leadership, funders, and external partners. Collaborate across departments to support strategic planning, program development, and organizational initiatives.3+ years of leadership experience overseeing programs, teams, and service delivery operations. Strong knowledge of housing programs, supportive services, homelessness services, affordable housing, or related community-based programs preferred. Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff in a nonprofit or human services setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, database systems, and reporting tools. Excellent organizational, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze program data, manage multiple priorities, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
