Description: We are a CPA Firm with an opening in our West Dundee office for a full time, in-office, Accountant.&nbsp; We work with our staff to provide a work-life balance.&nbsp; For more than 44 years, we have served as a trusted partner to our clients.&nbsp; Responsibilities: &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual compilation financial statements using Accounting CS and QuickBooks Desktop and Online.</li>
<li>Client interaction, working with individuals, and small/medium sized businesses in all areas of accounting, tax and compliance. </li>
<li>Strong communication, organizational and technical skills in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality in all work products.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Accounting degree is required.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience in a professional financial service or accounting environment.</li>
<li>Experience preparing business, individual and Trust tax returns.</li>
<li>Experience with tax and accounting software packages; UltraTax, Accounting CS and QuickBooks Desktop and Online.</li>
<li>Experience in payroll and sales tax preparation and review.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and computer skills.</li>
