We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental conditions. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients and families we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a variety of settings including home, school, and clinic.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans as developed by a supervising BCBA.
  • Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
  • Assist in the assessment process through observation and documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding client progress and any concerns.
  • Attend ongoing training and team meetings as required.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards as outlined by the BACB.
  • Follow client-specific safety protocols and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (Preferred).
  • Must have active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or willingness to obtain within a specified time frame.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (Preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be dependable, patient, and flexible.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities such as sitting on the floor, running, or playing with children.
  • Must pass background check and meet other state-specific compliance requirements.
