We are in search of a Catering Events Manager for an industry-leading Best in Class Catering Company located in Northern IL.&nbsp;The position will be responsible for the execution of all off-site Banquets, Catering, and deliveries while working closely with the Event Operations Manager and ownership
 
Catering Events Manager Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage and plan and direct event operations</li>
<li>Oversee all off-site banquet service operations</li>
<li>Work closely with Event Planner to ensure flawless execution of the event</li>
<li>Overseeing the event staff. Providing strong leadership skills for the event team</li>
<li>Maintaining all equipment and facilities in an organized, clean, and safe environment</li>
<li>Assist with warehouse duties, delivering catering orders as needed</li>
</ul>
Catering Events Manager Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2 years experience in Banquets, Food &amp; Beverage</li>
<li>Energetic, fast-paced, and assertive&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player</li>
<li>Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success</li>
<li>Thrive in ever-changing&nbsp;&amp; fast-paced environments</li>
