Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid residential and/or light commercial plumbing experience and a desire (or willingness) to cross-train in basic HVAC service and repair. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their technical skill set and be part of a company that values craftsmanship and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (including water heaters, tankless systems, water softeners, drain lines, fixtures, etc.)

Perform diagnostic assessments and provide clear, honest solutions to customers

Collaborate with HVAC technicians and learn basic HVAC system operations as needed

Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Follow local plumbing codes and safety standards

Uphold Evolve’s commitment to professionalism, respect, and customer satisfaction on every job
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a plumber (licensed preferred but not required)

Ability to troubleshoot and repair common residential plumbing issues

Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude

Interest or willingness to learn HVAC basics (training available)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred but Not Required:

EPA Certification or experience with HVAC systems

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
