Join Our Team as a Compassionate Hospice Leader!
As the Hospice Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care in alignment with our organization’s values and regulatory requirements. You will oversee all clinical operations, ensuring quality care, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Leadership: Demonstrable track record of leading hospice care teams to exceptional performance, fostering a culture of compassion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Clinical Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective clinical supervision, case management oversight, and adherence to care plans.
Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff, promoting professional growth and development.
Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards.
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Business Acumen: Strong financial and technology literacy, comfortable working with data and analytics.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
Current RN Licensure with state of employment with no encumbrance required
At least 2 years of Medical Surgical Nursing, home health, or hospice experience required.
At least 3 years of Management experience required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to compassionate care and end-of-life support.
Valid driver’s license with current automobile insurance
Reliable vehicle
COMPENSATION:
This role provides a competitive base salary. Our starting range is between $110,000 to $125,000 annually depending on qualifications. Bonus potential based on company and individual performance.
BONUS: $7500 bonus paid in installments after 180 days
