Education: professional certificate

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current and active Florida Physical Therapy license
  • Graduation from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (New grads welcome)
  • Eligible for full-time, part-time, or per diem employment



Skills:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices
  • Desire for continuous professional growth
  • Ability to adapt to varying patient temperaments
  • Professional, compassionate demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients and caregivers in an accessible, compassionate manner
  • Collaborate with rehab team members and contribute to department initiatives
  • Support professional development and quality improvement within the clinic
  • Assist with patient care planning and program development
