Education: professional certificate
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current and active Florida Physical Therapy license
- Graduation from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (New grads welcome)
- Eligible for full-time, part-time, or per diem employment
Skills:
- Up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices
- Desire for continuous professional growth
- Ability to adapt to varying patient temperaments
- Professional, compassionate demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and caregivers in an accessible, compassionate manner
- Collaborate with rehab team members and contribute to department initiatives
- Support professional development and quality improvement within the clinic
- Assist with patient care planning and program development
