• $18.75 per hour\n\t
• 2nd shift, 3:15 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday\n

\nOvertime Requirement:\n\n

• Candidates must be willing to work overtime every other Saturday as needed to support production.\n

\nJob Responsibilities:
\nAssembly Production Technicians\n\n

\n\t
• Assemble and stage components using written work instructions and production procedures\n\t
• Operate and adjust manufacturing equipment\n\t
• Perform tooling and fixture changes\n\t
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to ensure quality standards\n

\nProduction Technician – Housing Department:\n\n

\n\t
• Perform metal forming, welding, and cutting operations for drive axle housing components\n\t
• Operate manufacturing equipment and select appropriate tooling and fixtures\n\t
• Monitor product quality, troubleshoot issues, and perform rework as needed\n\t
• Follow safety and operational procedures\n

\n
\nProduction Technician – Gearing Department:\n\n

\n\t
• Operate CNC machines and integrated production cells\n\t
• Work with robotic load/unload systems and auto-gauging equipment\n\t
• Set tooling, offsets, and machine parameters\n\t
• Monitor machining processes including drilling, turning, grooving, facing, and threading\n\t
• Verify product quality using precision measuring instruments\n

\n
\nMaterial Handlers:\n\n

\n\t
• Operate Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Reach Trucks safely\n\t
• Pick, pack, label, and load customer orders using RF scanners\n\t
• Transport and stage materials throughout the warehouse\n\t
• Receive inbound shipments and perform inventory tasks such as put-away and cycle counts\n\t
• Maintain safe and organized warehouse operations\n

\nJob Requirements\n\n

\n\t
• Assembly candidates: previous assembly experience preferred\n\t
• Material Handlers: must have sit-down Forklift experience\n\t
• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills\n\t
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic\n\t
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, and reach repetitively throughout entire shift\n\t
• All positions must be willing to work overtime every other Saturday\n\t
• Some work areas may be hot and physically demanding. Candidates must be able to safely work in these conditions and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.\n
