Entry-Level Sales Representative (Nonprofit Division)

About Auspark:

Auspark is a growth marketing agency based in Dayton, OH. Our mission is to empower ambitious brands with innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and position them as industry leaders. We are seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to join our nonprofit marketing division.

Objectives of this Role

  • Client Engagement: Manage appointments with new and existing nonprofit clients to present Auspark's services and product offerings.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients based on outlined criteria to ensure a good fit.

  • Sales Conversion: Follow up diligently to convert qualified leads into paying customers.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual meetings, phone calls, and text messages with nonprofit clients during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday - Friday).

  • Present Auspark's marketing solutions effectively to meet the specific needs of nonprofit organizations.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the lead tracking system regularly.

  • Collaborate with the onboarding & account managers to align strategies and client feedback.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Participate in a paid training program consisting of live sessions over two 40-hour weeks at $20/hour.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and updating Google Sheets with lead information.

  • Availability: Ability to schedule appointments within standard business hours of 9AM - 6PM.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly within the nonprofit sector.

  • Previous experience in advertising utilizing Google Ads.

  • Familiarity with the unique marketing needs of nonprofit organizations.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn during the training period.

  • Experience working remotely and managing a flexible schedule.

Paid Probationary Onboarding Period (2-Weeks)

Schedule: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

Expectations: During this probationary period, you will be responsible for learning the sales process and product offerings. Expect to regularly interact with leads and participate in job shadowing sales calls. By the end of the two week period, your expected close rate will be 20%, and at 1-month hit the 33% closing rate, failure to hit these goals may result in termination.

Minimum Earning Expectations ($76,000/Year)

Schedule: 30 hours/week Mon - Fri availability or 30 virtual meetings per week after completing a paid probationary 2-week sales training.

Sales Goal: Maintain a close rate of 33% for all virtual meetings, selling ten one-time packages and at least one recurring service package weekly.

Commission Structure: Receive a tiered flat commission rate for each one-time service sold ($100, $150, $300, $500) and earn 10% recurring monthly revenue for all tiered 6-month packages sold. Commissions will be paid after one-time services are completed and when monthly invoices are paid for recurring service packages. Commissions will be paid out on the 1st of each month.

Bonus Structure: If your close rate exceeds 33% monthly, you will receive a 10% bonus commission on all one-time services closed within that month. Sell more than four 6-month recurring service packages in a month and receive a bonus of $1,000 over the 6-month agreement period.

Average Earnings: ($76,000+) 30 weekly meetings, a 33% close rate, one monthly service package, and the smallest packages sold.

Above Average Earnings: ($93,000+) 40 weekly meetings, 33% close rate, one monthly service package, smallest packages sold.

Rockstar Earnings: ($115,000+) 40 weekly meetings, 40% close rate, one monthly service package, smallest packages sold.

If a client fails to pay or requests a chargeback, commissions will be corrected in the following pay period.
