Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations at job sites, ensuring smooth and efficient installations.
  • Provide onsite support and guidance to employees, clients, installers, and subcontractors.
  • Actively participate in project hand-off meetings, influencing project planning and execution.
  • Manage project lifecycles from installation commencement to successful completion.
  • Generate daily field reports and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in project management or administrative roles, particularly within construction or entertainment settings.
  • Prior knowledge of stage or studio lighting is essential.
