Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations at job sites, ensuring smooth and efficient installations.
- Provide onsite support and guidance to employees, clients, installers, and subcontractors.
- Actively participate in project hand-off meetings, influencing project planning and execution.
- Manage project lifecycles from installation commencement to successful completion.
- Generate daily field reports and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in project management or administrative roles, particularly within construction or entertainment settings.
- Prior knowledge of stage or studio lighting is essential.
