Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist
Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for an outpatient private practice treating infants and children up to age nine. The role involves 40 hours/week with flexible scheduling, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including occupational and physical therapists, family resource coordinators, and specialists. Experience with birth to 3 populations and feeding disorders is preferred, but new graduates completing CFY are also considered. The position offers a competitive salary ($60,000–$85,000), profit sharing, benefits (medical, dental, 401k with employer contribution, paid holidays, license and ASHA dues, continuing education budget), and additional stipends.
Responsibilities include developing evidence-based speech programs, working directly with patients and families, evaluating progress, documenting care, and collaborating with team members. Qualifications include a Master’s degree or higher, Washington state licensure, strong communication skills, physical stamina, and rapport-building abilities.
