Smyth is hiring a Press Operator to run flexographic equipment in our facility centrally located in the Twin Cities. If you have printing experience and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you.

Schedule

• Thursday – Saturday
• 5:00 AM – 5:15 PM
• Overtime available (paid after 40 hours)

What You’ll Do

• Operate and set up flexographic printing presses
• Produce high-quality labels and packaging
• Adjust press settings to meet specifications
• Keep materials stocked and minimize downtime
• Work with teammates to hit daily production goals

What You Need

• 2+ years of press, printing, or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical skills
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Attention to detail and quality

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Flexographic printing experience
• Cold foil, hot stamp, rotary screen, or specialty coatings
• Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
