Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Payroll team
  • Answer employee calls and assist with general HR/payroll questions
  • Learn and assist in processing bi-weekly payroll and timesheet collection
  • Support benefit administration and open enrollment
  • Help with HR compliance and reporting
  • Occasionally assist with fleet registration tasks when needed
  • Work closely with a bilingual employee base (150+ Spanish-speaking employees)

Qualifications:

  • Some prior exposure to HR and/or payroll functions
  • Coachable with a desire to grow into an HR or Payroll Manager role
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Conversational Spanish is required (must be comfortable communicating with employees in Spanish)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Excel preferred
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems like ExactTime a plus
