Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Payroll team
- Answer employee calls and assist with general HR/payroll questions
- Learn and assist in processing bi-weekly payroll and timesheet collection
- Support benefit administration and open enrollment
- Help with HR compliance and reporting
- Occasionally assist with fleet registration tasks when needed
- Work closely with a bilingual employee base (150+ Spanish-speaking employees)
Qualifications:
- Some prior exposure to HR and/or payroll functions
- Coachable with a desire to grow into an HR or Payroll Manager role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Conversational Spanish is required (must be comfortable communicating with employees in Spanish)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Excel preferred
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems like ExactTime a plus
