Pay based on completed appointments. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific patient concerns. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans. Educate patients on pain management strategies and occupational health practices. Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans when necessary. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advancements in physiotherapy and medical terminology. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist. Proven experience in patient service, customer service, and occupational health settings. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar environment is preferred. Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
