Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist for a contract assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. This role is based in a busy multispecialty outpatient surgery center.

Setting: Outpatient Surgery Center

Average Volume: 15 patients/day

Cases: ENT (FESS with Medtronic Stealth Navigation), Ortho, General, GYN (laparoscopic & hysteroscopic), Urology (cystoscopies), Plastics, Oculoplastics, Sports Medicine

ORs: 3, multispecialty
-
Patient Population: Pediatrics (6 months+) through adults (up to 80 years)

Floating: None

Orientation: 1 day departmental + NEO
Requirements:
-
Graduation from an accredited Surgical Tech program
-
CST preferred
-
BLS required
-
Minimum 2 years surgical technologist experience (no first-time travelers)

Strong sterile technique & multispecialty scrub experience
Skills Needed:

Multispecialty scrubbing (ENT, Ortho, General, GYN, Urology, Plastics, Sports Med)

Team communication & collaboration

Ability to support surgeons and anesthesia team efficiently

Specialty equipment includes Davinci XI, Arthrex, Smith & Nephew, Karl Storz, Megadyne, Hologic Fluent Management System, Cool Seal, Stryker Tourniquets
