Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent administrative and customer support to our clients and internal team. Your primary duties will include data entry, file management, reception duties, and serving as the first point of contact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer records and processing orders
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones and distributing mail
- Collaborate with the broader team to ensure efficient and effective customer service
Qualifications:
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative, Data Entry Clerk, or Receptionist
- High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:
This is an office-based, administrative role with a standard Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM work schedule. The work environment is professional and collaborative, with opportunities for growth and development.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay rate for this position is $15 per hour.
