Position Overview
The Project Engineer in Advanced Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of manufacturing processes that meet industry standards and client specifications. This role focuses on enhancing production efficiency through innovative engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and effectively managing project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all engineering practices meet the established standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular assessments of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including ISO and FDA standards, throughout all phases of project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, specifications, and compliance records.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC systems and their application in manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards including ISO and FDA regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
