MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Responsible for all mechanical and maintenance duties including, but not limited to, repairing and maintaining all manufacturing and support equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, minor plumbing, minor pump repair, facility cleanup as required and miscellaneous facility projects.

Equipment includes 2 paddle mixers, compressors, pumps, hoses, valves, filling machine, portable dock ramp.

Minor forklift repair and maintenance depending on experience and abilities (Battery, Starters, Alternators, Oil, Anti-freeze etc.)

Grease, and inspect all manufacturing equipment as needed.

Provide regular preventative maintenance

Recommend Repairs, research costs for anything needed and get approval for purchase (Bearings, chains, sprockets, paddle pneumatic cylinders, photo eyes, limit switches, 25 40 HP motor and gear box, compressor parts etc.)

Keep management informed of any facility breakage and any maintenance needed or required

Assist with shipping and receiving which includes loading and unloading trucks

Assist in receiving all manufacturing materials.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Electrical 208 three phase and single-phase voltage

Variable speed drives

Some light welding helpful

Minor Pump and Plumbing

Must be Safety conscious and concerned

Communications skills

Anything required to assure facility is operating in good order.

Any other duties requested by management
