What You'll Do

• Supervise and provide high-quality nursing care to residents

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Maintain professional nursing standards and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting safety and quality of life

What You'll Need

• Active South Dakota or Compact LPN license

• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication
