Location: Mississippi
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Our team is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who can provide remote counseling services with professionalism, consistency, and strong clinical judgment. In this role, you will support clients through virtual therapy, help them work through mental health concerns, and guide treatment from intake through progress review. This is a practical, client-facing role for someone who is comfortable balancing care delivery with clear documentation and case management.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions through a secure virtual platform
• Perform client assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history
• Create and maintain treatment plans based on clinical needs
• Document session details and treatment progress accurately and on time
• Educate clients on coping tools, behavioral patterns, and wellness strategies
• Recognize risk concerns and respond according to protocol

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Mississippi
• At least 2 years of counseling experience preferred
• Experience providing telehealth or virtual counseling is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Comfortable using online platforms and electronic health record systems
